The strip outside the Torarica is the duty tourist spot, a see of white, if you will. The duty nightclub for this area is Starzz, its not too bad, signposted, music is quite good and they have various nights with guest DJ's and stuff, expect to pay normal prices for nightclubs, dance the night away etc etc, bulk standard european nightclub.

't Vat is a "gezellig" cafe in Paramaribo with a big terras and often live music....
You can grap a little to eat there and have some drinks.

Even breakfast and Lunch are served there...

When we were there it was very crowded because there was some live music, when we finally had a table we had ha very good evening.

The local beer is called Parbo bier and when you order it ...order a Djogo
