At Ciudad Vieja (Old City), 18 de Julio (the main avenue), and several markets, you will find street artits and their works.
This guy makes interesting sculptures with plaster; I found him at Mercado del Puerto (Ciudad Vieja).
En la Ciudad Vieja, en 18 de Julio (la avenida principal) y en varias ferias y mercados, encontrarás varios artistas con sus obras.
Este chico hace unas esculturas interesantes con yeso; lo encontré en el Mercado del Puerto.
