El Araguaney (the Araguaney) is our national tree. You never notice it is there until this season: february-march. All the leaves fall down and the only thing that remains on the tree are very yellow bright beautiful flowers. It is a big tree and is breathtaking. Be sure to take pictures.
In kindergarden we sing this song
"En el patio, en el patio de mi casa
tengo yo, tengo yo un Araguaney
que en todas las primaveras
se engalana como un Rey"...
