it's the Hoturvensa's restaurant - and it's a delicious restaurant with a panoramic view over the Canaima lagoon and surrounding waterfalls. The staff is really friendly and there's normally a choice of two or three set menus.
Favorite Dish: The soups are delicious! Really amazing! I also remember a chicken stewed in wine which - although not very typical - was particularly good.
