La piscina is a stretch of water about 45 minutes by boat from Chichiriviche - the water is really shallow there (waist-high) and boats stop regularily to let people out for a swim in the water. It can be a little crowded on some weekends, but it's quite fun to be in the middle of nowhere and still be able to have your feet anchored onto sand while all around you is blue, except for some little manngroves on one side..

Chichiriviche - Heaven on Earth
We left at 4am by car, for the four hour journey from Los Taques to Chichiriviche, Morrocoy National Park, Estado Falcon and what a beautiful place we found on arrival. I had hoped we could visit...
Chici has been the last stop of 10 days round trip in the Morrocoy National Park, started in Tucacas in order to visit the south islands , than 3 days camping in Cayo Sombrero ( a beach only for us!)...
The main attraction is the beaches and los cayos (Small Island, keys), it has a great variety to select were to go all are spectacular and have they own beauty, like Cayo Sombrero (the most popular),...
Many locals will get a ticket to the beautiful islands near this dusty and God forgotten place
