The husband and wife team that run this beautifully rustic restaurant high in the Andes, used to own a well known chic spot in Beverly Hills, California. Hence, the name. In this unlikely spot, near the owners' childhood home, they have opened a restaurant with gourmet cooking that would earn a Michelin star anywhere in the world. When you combine the outstanding kitchen with the gracious warmth of the owners and the absolutely stunning design and architecture of the building, you have a dining experience that is simply "out of this world."
