EATING OR DRINKING ANYTHING AT HOTEL PUNTA BLANCA IS TAKING YOUR LIFE IN YOUR HANDS. I HAD TO BE RESCUED FROM COCHE AND TAKEN BY BOAT TO A PRIVATE MEDICAL CLINIC ON MARGARITA AFTER JUST 3 DAYS AT PUNTA BLANCA. THE INTERNIST AT THE CLINIC DID TESTS AND FOUND THAT I HAD BEEN POISONED BY FOOD CONTAMINATION AT THIS RESORT, AS HAD MOST OF THE OTHER GUESTS AND SMALL CHILDREN. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO SICK IN MY LIFE AND IT TOOK THE REST OF MY "VACATION" TO TRY TO RECOVER FROM THIS ORDEAL. I WAS NOT ABLE TO EAT SOLID FOOD FOR 10 DAYS.
