The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, featuring comfortable beds and quality linens. The breakfast was tasty, and the staff were generally helpful, especially the doorman, who was very welcoming. I also appreciated the hotel's location, just a short walk to the Civic Centre where I found a tourist information centre that provided great tips for exploring the area.

We absolutely loved the hotel's location right on the waterfront of the lake, providing stunning views from our room and the dining area. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with local recommendations and tour arrangements, especially Juan and Mathias, who truly went above and beyond. The breakfast spread was delicious and filling, and we enjoyed the excellent hotel facilities like the spa and pool after a day of exploring.
