We loved the fantastic location of the hotel, which was centrally situated in a posh neighborhood and just a short walk from Taksim Square. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Ms. Bahar and Mr Furkan, who made our stay memorable with their exceptional service. The room was clean and well-equipped, even featuring a small laundry option that was a pleasant surprise. Plus, the breakfast offered through room service was quite satisfactory.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, particularly enjoying its convenient location near main shopping attractions and the Osmanbey metro station. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially Ali and Forqan, who went above and beyond to assist me.
