I had an amazing experience at this hotel; it was impeccably clean and located just outside Volcano National Park, making it perfect for exploring the area. The hosts were incredibly attentive and provided delicious snacks, local treats, and even tips on nearby attractions. The luxurious facilities, including the outdoor hot tub and in-room jacuzzi, were perfect after long hikes to unwind and relax.

The staff, especially Chris and Eric, were incredibly friendly and accessible, providing thoughtful touches like snacks and fresh banana bread. its prime location near Volcano National Park allowed for easy access to breathtaking sights, like the Jagger museum where I witnessed the glowing Halemaumau crater.

The semi-cool outdoor temperatures were refreshing, making our stay even more enjoyable.
