The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to offer advice and assist with tour arrangements. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the shuttle service, which made our transportation seamless, especially when heading to polar bear tours. The option to rent vehicles at reasonable prices was a huge bonus, allowing us flexibility in our adventures.
