The hotel is in a great location, near the city center and within walking distance to Puerto Madero. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, speaking English fluently. Breakfast had a lovely view from the 11th floor, and the area felt very safe for walking at night.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to provide helpful recommendations for dining and exploring the area.
