We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, as every corner was spotless, contributing to a comfortable atmosphere. The facilities were excellent, especially the spa and wellness area, where we spent a relaxing afternoon. We appreciated the convenient location overlooking the beautiful moat and lake, making our stay even more picturesque. The staff were incredibly attentive and provided fantastic service throughout our visit.
