The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring our needs were always met. the hotel was spotless and modern, and the rooftop area provided stunning views of the bay. The spacious rooms featured a full-sized fridge, which added a nice touch to our comfort.

We were impressed with the hotel’s cleanliness, as you could truly smell how fresh everything was, especially after daily room service. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Malecon and close to great restaurants. The pool area offered a relaxing atmosphere, and we loved the comfortable beds and shower facilities.

The location is perfect, as it’s just a few blocks from the Malecon and surrounded by vibrant bars and restaurants. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with our requests like extra towels.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is located right in the Centro district, which made exploring everything easy. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. My room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding. I also appreciated the available parking, a big plus in this busy area.
