We loved the cleanliness and the outstanding hotel facilities, especially the beautiful pools surrounded by nature. The staff provided exceptional service, always with a smile, and made our stay feel truly special. Taking a healthy walk down the hill, we admired the scenic views while accessing the spa area, which featured wooden walkways and natural hot springs. The breakfast was delightful, served with birds fluttering by, and the proximity to day trip destinations like volcanic sites and beaches made our visit even more enjoyable.

The hotel facilities were exceptional, especially the gorgeous swimming pool and the thermal pools that offered a magical experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my visits to the buffet-style breakfast delightful, as it had a great variety of delicious options. there were so many activities to do, including zip-lining and horseback riding, which kept me entertained during my visit.
