I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, as the cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The location is fantastic, situated close to Museum Island and just a 10-minute walk to Alexanderplatz, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile.
