I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always eager to assist. The location in the Lastarria District was perfect; it was quiet yet only a short walk to vibrant spots like the Plaza de Armas, local museums, and great restaurants. The breakfast was delightful too, served in a charming atmosphere that made each morning enjoyable. I also loved the spacious balcony of my room, which was well-equipped for relaxing outside.

The breakfast was delightful, featuring fabulous coffee and a relaxing atmosphere in the charming dining area. We enjoyed the hotel's excellent location; it was close to vibrant restaurants, shopping, and parks, providing easy access to explore the area, including the beautiful Cerro San Cristobal. The room was spotless, and we appreciated the well-equipped balcony for some outdoor relaxation.

We absolutely loved the location of the hotel, which was just a short walk from the city center yet nestled on a peaceful street away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were exceptional; Loreto at the front desk made our stay seamless and enjoyable. We found the breakfast buffet delightful with a great selection and excellent coffee, perfect for fueling our daily adventures.
