We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the efficient staff, who spoke excellent English and were always ready to help. The location was unbeatable, being diagonally opposite the tram stop and just a short walk to the Peace Memorial Park, while nearby restaurants and shops made our stay even more enjoyable.
