We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, which was extremely clean and conveniently located right beside the Shinkansen Station. The staff were friendly and genuinely attentive to our needs, making us feel welcomed. We loved the complimentary breakfast, featuring a variety of both Western and Japanese options that changed daily, and we appreciated the comfortable atmosphere of our spacious room.
