It was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and relaxing by the river while watching the ducks.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at the hotel, as it was conveniently located near the entrance to Gatlinburg, making our trips to the parks easy. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we appreciated the cleanliness of our room, which also had a nice balcony overlooking the river. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and we found the breakfast area to be inviting.
