The location was perfect, right in the Byward Market. It was easy to walk to Parliament Hill, the Rideau Canal, and various attractions. The facilities were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, as the location was perfect, putting me within walking distance of everything from the Byward Market to Parliament Hill. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially at the front desk and in the Bistro, where the service was exceptional. The cleanliness of the hotel was noteworthy, and I appreciated the easy access to local restaurants and attractions.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, enjoying its prime location near the Byward Market and the Rideau Centre, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The cleanliness of our room impressed us, as did the friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome. the hotel facilities, including the gym, were in great condition and met our needs perfectly.
