I loved the location since it was just two minutes from the Lancaster Gate tube station, making transportation a breeze. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which enhanced my overall experience. Being close to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park was a fantastic bonus for morning walks.

Being just a short stroll from beautiful Hyde Park was an added delight, and we appreciated the friendly staff who promptly provided a kettle when we mentioned its absence. The local cafes and eateries were a fantastic bonus!
