We loved the hotel's fantastic location, as it was just a short walk from the museums, and the Gloucester Road underground station was extremely close, making transportation a breeze. The staff was always friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we truly appreciated the inviting reception area where we could relax with a coffee.

I loved the excellent location of the hotel, as it was close to not just one, but two tube stations, making it super convenient for transportation. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room, while basic, was clean with fresh linens and towels. Plus, the hotel offered complimentary tea and coffee, which was a nice touch.
