We loved the hotel's location, as it was just a short 5-minute walk from Paddington Station, making transportation around the city a breeze. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, and the staff was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We appreciated the option to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which allowed us to explore without our bags.
