We loved the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The hotel facilities were exceptional, especially the impressive onsen. Breakfast was delicious, with thoughtful options for dietary restrictions. The location is great, within walking distance to popular attractions.

The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any issues we faced. Plus, the transportation was convenient with a bus stop right next to the hotel. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner, a wonderful way to experience the local cuisine.
