We loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The facilities were fantastic, especially the pool area. We enjoyed the various restaurants, particularly the a la carte options that were exceptional. The snorkeling tours were a unique highlight for us.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The morning yoga classes were very refreshing. We loved the unique experience of kayaking through the cenote river. The food was delicious, especially at La Hacienda Grill.
