We had a wonderful stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to help us with day trips and local tips. Our room was spacious and spotless, featuring a comfortable bed and a nice balcony with great views. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious mix of Western and Vietnamese dishes. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the lake and many local eateries.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the location was perfect, just a short stroll from the famous Bun Cha stall and Hoan Kiem Lake, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff treated us like family, ensuring every need was met with a smile, and the breakfast offered a delicious array of choices to start our day.

I had a great stay at the hotel, as it was immaculately clean and perfectly located for exploring the old quarter. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist with recommendations and bookings. the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options. With both Pastuer Street Brewing and Lemon Grass Spa conveniently across the street, relaxing after a day of sightseeing was effortless.
