We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Sheena, who gave us great information about the area. The cleanliness of our room and the facilities were top-notch, making our stay comfortable. We loved the convenient location, which was close to the Sandia Mountains for hiking and popular dining spots like El Pinto, plus easy access to Old Town for some unique shopping.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and the Balloon Park just a short drive away. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a good variety of options with hot foods served at the right temperature.
