We loved the location, right across from the beautiful crater. The room was clean and cozy, especially with the wood-burning stove. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We appreciated the vegetarian options on the menu.

I loved the hotel's proximity to the lagoon, as it made it super convenient to enjoy the stunning views. The rooms were clean, and I felt safe with the deadbolt locks. I especially appreciated the cozy wood stove in my room; it added a nice touch after a chilly day out. The complimentary breakfast and dinner were satisfying, and the staff were incredibly welcoming.
