We loved the location of the hotel. It was close to Chinatown and the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Gary and Montree. Our room was spacious, with a large bathroom that had plenty of light. The complimentary water was a nice touch, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly.
