I absolutely loved the hotel's location, as it sits right in the heart of the city, just steps away from the busy square. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the cleanliness of my room. receiving a complimentary Ticino Ticket made it easy for me to explore the area with free public transport throughout the canton.
