We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, as the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to everything we wanted to see, plus it was very convenient for public transport. Our room was clean and spacious, complete with a lovely terrace overlooking beautiful gardens and the bay, enhancing our overall stay.
