We loved the staff's genuine kindness and attentiveness, as they consistently greeted us with smiles and went the extra mile, like storing our luggage and serving us complimentary coffee. The hotel's location was ideal, within easy walking distance to public transport links, yet nestled on a quiet street that offered a pleasant retreat.
