it was clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I appreciated the proximity to various restaurants overlooking the quay, making it convenient for dinner. The breakfast was also a highlight, with the option to have it even earlier than the usual time, which was perfect for my early plans. the ambiance of the reception area added to the welcoming feel of the place.
