the staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to assist, which made me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless and featured a comfortable bed, plus the complimentary breakfast was delightful, especially the Reina Cartagenera arepas. The location was perfect for leisure trips, as I could easily stroll to one of the main beaches, and the pool area was well-maintained and relaxing.
