I loved the central location of the hotel, just off Plaza de la Reina. It made exploring the city so easy. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I also enjoyed the food in the restaurant; it was really excellent.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel, as the staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the Central Market and Cathedral, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a lovely private terrace that offered scenic views. Not to mention, the breakfast exceeded our expectations, particularly the fresh salmon toast that we couldn't get enough of.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, assisting us with anything we needed, and the cleanliness was spot-on throughout our stay. Plus, the hotel facilities were excellent, particularly the lovely restaurant on-site that offered delicious meals.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location is perfect for sightseeing and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was spotless and very comfortable. I loved the breakfast; the salmon toast was a highlight. Plus, the rooftop terrace offered a lovely view to unwind.
