We loved the hotel's cleanliness and friendly staff, who were always willing to assist. The location was perfect, being close to convenient stores and various dining options, which made our stay very enjoyable. the spacious rooms allowed us to easily manage our luggage without feeling cramped.

The hotel’s location was fantastic, as it was conveniently situated near the Nishi-Umeda station, making it easy for us to navigate the city through the underground walkways, sheltered from the weather.
