I loved the hotel's location in the heart of Ortigia, which made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the space was impressive, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and caring. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast served each morning, as it provided a great start to my day. Plus, having valet service was a major convenience in navigating the narrow streets.
