The friendly staff, dressed in period costumes, added a unique charm and ensured our stay was enjoyable. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, as it is located right in the Medieval Fortress, surrounded by history and impressive architecture. The staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating my gluten-free request at breakfast without any fuss. The hotel features a beautiful garden and courtyard, perfect for relaxation, and the facilities, including the billiard room, were enjoyable.
