I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, where the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home. The cleanliness and hotel facilities, especially the spa, provided much-needed relaxation after long days on the slopes. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main cable car, and I loved that we were taken to areas we probably would not have discovered ourselves.
