I loved the hotel's great location. It was close to the center. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast options were fantastic, with both Japanese and Western dishes. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast spread was fantastic, featuring both western and Asian options, and we loved the waffle station!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff went out of their way to help me, even arranging for my laptop charger to be delivered. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station, which made exploring nearby attractions like the clock tower and the Sapporo Beer Museum incredibly convenient. the breakfast offered was one of the best I've had, featuring a delightful mix of special dishes for the New Year.
