I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, particularly due to the exceptional staff who were not only courteous but attentive to all my needs. The transportation service from the station was a delightful surprise, allowing me to relax without worrying about logistics. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of my room, which was promptly attended to after I requested a relocation due to a noisy air-con. the thoughtful gesture of offering to safely keep my luggage post-checkout enhanced my overall stay.
