I loved the cleanliness and the exceptional refurbishment of an ancient building, which perfectly showcased its history. The location offered breathtaking views over the town and the surrounding hills, making it a wonderful retreat. The staff were genuinely friendly, and the restaurant served reasonably priced meals, a rarity in this city.
