the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk to downtown and close to the bus station, which made transportation easy. The food was excellent, particularly the starters during dinner, and the sauna and jacuzzi were great for relaxing after a day of skiing.
