Unique Quality: The Four Seasons
The restobar offers an array of international options and fine Indian specialties at lunch and dinner, in an airy, light venue. Complemented by a well stocked bar, cigars and hookahs. International guests may preorder from selective Japanese, Chinese and Thai selections, and ask for foreign language menus. Oriental guests feel at home with little extras like chopsticks and green tea.

Sample international dishes:

Moorish Kebab
North African lamb kebabs with roast tomato and char-grilled onion
Spaghetti pomodoro e gorgonzola
Spaghetti tossed with vodka, tomato and blue cheese
Tuscan Fish
Grilled darnelles in lemon butter sauce with olives & capers, with and potato
Lettuce cups
With sizzling vegetables, crisp noodles and chilli oil
Moo Goo Gai Pan
Chicken with water chestnuts, mushrooms and greens
Mandalay Hill noodles
Burmese noodles with fried tofu, bok choy and balachong

Sample Indian dishes:

Shola Kebab
Spicy skewered lamb with zucchini, onions and new potatoes
Shahi Aloobukhara Kofta
Prune and cottage cheese dumplings in a delicate sauce
Hyderabadi Dum ka Murgh
Dhungar’ smoked chicken with Deccan spices, cooked in a sealed claypot
Hariyali Paneer Makhni
Cottage cheese simmered in a fresh green tomato and herb gravy
"The hotel specializes in Deccan cuisine- a unique hybrid of the regal cuisine of Hyderabad, hearty, spicy Maratha cooking, and southern influences from bordering Karnataka. They alos offer a specialty Maharshtrian thali on prior request."

offers a variety of treatments. my suggestion is to have the sightseeing done first and on the last day u can relax with various spa treatments.

Directions: 6 kms from the city centre, 5.6 kms from the railway station, the hotel nearest to Waluj - the main industrial area, and the hotel closest to the popular tourist attractions of Daulatabad Fort, Grishneshwar temple and the Ellora Caves

Very Good and Clean High Priced Hotel

Great (4.0 of 5.0 stars)
by written on June 3, 2004

This was quite pleasant place to stay. One of the few hotels that I booked in India in advance, the Quality Inn did not disappoint. The rooms where well maintained and very clean. They have a bath, hairdryers and cable TV. I was especially appreciative of the very helpful staff. The hotel occupies a 2 acre piece of land that is well landscaped.

Unique Quality: The hotel has a very good restaurant which offers both Indian and Western cuisine. There is also a small but very nice bar which had a very friendly bartender during my visit. There are also lots of good restaurants nearby. I should also mention that it is in one of the better neighborhoods in Aurangabad.

Directions: South end of Aurangabad
