We climbed up the steps at the boat landing and was met by a local lady who promoted her bungalows. She was friendly so we went with her, passing many other bungalows on the way, until we reached the end of the village. They were located on the right, 4 basic bungalows which had a terrace, clean, and hammock, along with a common hut for guests to relax. coffee and tea were free and at one stage they had served breakfast but for some reason they had stopped this. Although there were better bungalows in the village we were happy at this peaceful, friendly place.

Banana Café Guesthouse: Traditional Accommodation

These bungalows and rooms, overlooking the river, are well managed by a lovely family. Here you find basic, but clean accommodation.
During my stay, I had a dinner at the guesthouse café and I liked very much the food and service.

WARNING
When I was searching for data to up-to-date information, I was noticed some travelers were stolen in this guesthouse.
