Would most definitely stay here again

Our Vietnam trip started in Hanoi, with just a few days of exploring. We had a nice room on the third floor with lots of space and large bathroom with a tub for 45 a night. The bed was two twins pushed together, but actually slept ok. The room, dining area and lobby were all very clean and well maintained. We booked a tour to see the city with Moon at the lobby’s travel desk and everything was as promised. We then took their Perfume pagoda trip and were also happy with that – very interesting guide who answered all my questions. The staff were excellent – very few problems with communication and they were very eager to help us with taxis and shopping questions.
