Worst experience as an international travler

Terrible (1.0 of 5.0 stars)
by written on March 27, 2010

As a resident of Canada, in December of 2009, I purchased a weekend gift certificate at the Windsor Inn in Cork for a family member who lives in Ireland as a Christmas present. The gift was never sent. After several phone calls and emails to Mr. Michael Hannafin, whom I purchased the gift from at the Winndsor, agreed to refund my money. It is now March 27, 2010 and I have not recieved the refund. When calling Mr. Michael Hannafin to follow up with this issue, he simply hangs up the phone. It is apparent Mr. Michael Hannafin does not intend to refund my money. Because it will cost me more money to hire an attorney to resolve this issue than the money taken from me, Mr. Hannafin must feel safe and secure in that knowledge. It is also apparent Mr. Michael Hannafin does not care about his reputation or how his behavior reflects on the Bed and Breakfast industry in Ireland.
