Los Pinos: Guesthouse with democratic prices and service

I and my husband stayed in Los Pinos 5 nights. I found the information about the guesthouse in Internet. Los Pinos is the guesthouse with democratic prices: we payed 48 EUR per night for double room. Rooms are very small, shared bathroom. Each room has washbasin and TV - that're amenities. As about the service, I met the owner (Isabel) of the guesthouse only once or twice. Isabel seems polite and friendly, but nothing more. The guesthouse isn't in the centre and we need 30 - 40 minutes walking by foot from the guesthouse to the centre.

Positive signs: cheap accomodation, no problem with parking, more or less quiet.<br/>Negative signs: small room, not good service (didn't change sheet, probably the service had separately price, but we hadn't any information about it), far from the city centre.
