Econo Lodge Orilla: Now That's Service

My stay at the Econolodge was pretty good...we had a nice big window in our room, the was a fridge, a microwave, and a very comfortable bed. When i woke up the next morning they had breakfest and coffee/orange juice all set up for us in this room near the enterance. I have never been to a hotel where they had that all set up for us.The only thing i din't like about the Econolodge was that the pool was only up to my chin when i was on my knees. The Hot tub rocked though..i had it all to myself it was so relaxing that i almost fell asleep in it. So over all the stay was pretty good. It wasn't even that much money for the great stay. I'd go there again.

The facilties were all good except the pool was too shallow and i almost got locked in the bathroom.Everything was well kept the pool was clean the deck area...all the pool area was good and tidy. The view..well i didn't have a view only the back parking lot on the first floor. Next door to it though is a Macdonald's or Burger King i can't remember.

Highwayman Inn and Conference Center: Caters to Your Pets

This was the headquarters the the Canadian National Bearded Collie Specialty this year. The hotel opened their facilities to the Bearced Collie of Canada and were most gracious hosts. The club took special care to provide cleanup facilities on the grounds. The grounds were large and spacious with lots of green grass for the dogs.<br/>The desk staff was most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The maids did a heroic job of cleaning the rooms each day as Beardies tend to leave a bit of hair behind them. The Inn has a large indoor pool, adjacent restaurant and conference rooms.

Convenient to the Trans Canada Highway, just north of Toronto about 75 minute drive. Large grounds, larger than average rooms, very clean and well attended.
